Top picture is a fisher, the bottom picture looks like a red fox. Notice the faintly darker hair on the face and what looks to be a lighter tip to the tail.

I don't know the differance in a Fisher and a Mink, but the top one looks like a Mink to me. Second one is def. a red fox though
