just finished building arrows that do not shot tight groups any advice would help.

28 draw with loop
bo doodle rest
release
arrows:eastons 340 Fullmetal jackets with wraps rw feathers
eastons 400 fullmetal jackets with wraps rw feathers
both right hellical fletched both same length
should I have gone with a 1 degree offset

have you tiller tuned it? if you haven't that could be a big contributer.

no tight group

First try indexing the nock to the next vane and shoot again some times there can be a little difference in spine from one arrow to the next . I prefer not to group tune for a number reasons .I ruin to many arrows . But use your on method for tuning but try indexingyour noks and see what happens it might help it might not

How much poundage are you shooting? But with a helical fletch on your arrows you may be getting contact from your rest. The bodoodle doesn't allow much room for clearance. Have you paper tuned the bow or powder tested it for contact. I would bet that is your problem.

we are assuming that your other arrows can shoot tight groups , right??

if so, i would check for any mayor difference between your old arrows and the new ones, like clearence.
