You need to take the receipt with the quiver back to where you bought it from, and they should help you.

I do not have the receipt and I ordered it online?now what ? The quiver came with a bracket but I lost it during a move?

I too need a part for my octane quiver, and cant get it. I have e-mailed several times with no response. Poor customer service, and I will not buy another product from them. Its a shame because the quiver is nice, but useless without the part I need.
