Have them both but tend to use OT2 more, but they both give similar results.

I have TAP and it's kind of iffy. I've gotten different results with the same data, I usually have to fake it out to get a correct tape and I've measured with ridiculous accuracy - a digital caliper. Tech support is spotty, sometimes he'll answer, sometimes he'll ignore you. The user interface is nice though.

I used TAP for awhile, but recently switched to OT2. Tap on the surface seemed easier to use, but I liked the options presented with ot2 (I felt as if the databases were larger).

I like ot2's ability to print target cards and the variety of sight tapes, too. (Tap allows for tapes as well).

One of the reasons for the switch was lack of support.
