I am looking at building an IR P32. If I got this right, I need a replacement lens to go in the camera and a filter to go over the flash. And maybe special glass on the case to go over the flash and over the camera lens. (Opinions seem to vary on this.)

I find the filters at various sites but it seems the lens is only available at Whitetail supply. I am a bit nervous about ordering from Whitetail. Is there another supplier for the camera lens?

Whitetail has a $39.00 kit with lens, filter and two pieces of ar glass. Also a $15.00 lens only.

Is this the place to go? Any guidance would be appreciated.

Also any info on the difference between a 670 and 700 Ir filter would help me.

sadly thats the only place you can get replacement glass. i try to avoid ordering from there, but have been sitting on a order of ir material for 3 weeks now and have heard nothing. same old news it seems.

I just ordered some glass from WS. I got an email the same day saying my package was on its way and 2 days latter my glass was in the mailbox.

I placed an order for glass and several other things. It was shipped the next day. The service has been great lately.

I have had good luck with WTS myself. I would go with the 670 on a p-32.
