Should i paper tune with a bareshaft or with a fletched arrow? Or doesnt it matter?

Both are perfectly acceptable.
BS just requires absolutely solid form or you'll be chasing your tail.

well there is a weight difference with vanes so the arrows not the same.

u shoot fletched arrows so......

I first wrap electrical tape to simulate vane weight on my bare shaft. I shoot both through paper. Tears should match unless fletching contact
