I passed on this buck twice last year, He didnt get much bigger but I dont think he is that old, and he is pretty unique. Should he be shot this year?

Maybe him if I let him go another year :wink:WoodyH28 said:Depends, you got something bigger?
there is a lot of truth to that statementJosh Michaelis said:Maybe him if I let him go another year
to me it's not about shooting a "better" deer that year....it'shoggin03 said:For a buck that unique, unless you have a strong feeling that you will shoot a better deer this year, I say take him. He is not only a good sized deer, but one that is completely different from any other deer I have ever seen. In my book, that is worth a lot. There's a lot that can happen in the next year, and there's no time like the present.
Private, 500 acres on this farmillbowhunter said:Are you hunting private or public land. Private and you have sole access I would pass, public land I would take it.
That's what i'm saying!heavyarrow said:Must be nice to have the luxury to pass on a buck like that. I'm all for passing on young deer and I do my best, but around here that's a HAWG.
