The iPhone pic is a little deceiving, it’s higher on the tree vitals than it looks. It was odd that it didn’t have more of an angle sticking in the tree. Shot was from a tree stand, 20’ or so slight downhill and doe was 40 yards (furthest I’ve ever attempted on a deer but situation and conditions were right). I hit her high shoulder and exited low behind opposite shoulder just above heart area. I just thought it was kind of cool so decided to share.…looks like you hit a little low from the vitals, were you planning on that white oak ducking the string or something?
