Should a guy that will just hunt with his bow use pendalum or fixed pin sights. I just recently purchased a Trophy Ridge pendalum sight for my bow and have not used one before. Any suggestions or recomendations?

Give it Your Best Shot

I think practicing from elevated positions no mater what the equipment is best. I have to shoot from my garage roof, neighbors all over the place think I'm nutter than I really am.

I hunt with a moveable single pin, but I started out in '83 shooting a pendulem and I shot one all the way until around 2002. My son shoots one and my wife shoots one as well. They are acurate, and for a hunter shooting from a tree you can't utilize the K.I.S.S. method anymore than that. I love them and I believe in them, as long as you can keep them quite, the only thing you will have to worry about is where 30yds is at and "smoke" anything that comes within that range! Figuratively Speaking....ranges vary as does limitations.
