Ok, Let's have some fun...

I want to set up the perfect Dot Bow...

I will only stipulate 2 limitations:

(1) it must be Hoyt.

(2) Total cost can't exceed $2500.00

Other than that have at it.

Protec for indoor, Ultratec for outdoor - take your pick.

XT3000 limbs.
Sureloc Supreme sight.
Britesite Scope.
GKF Infiniti rest, DC blade launcher.
Beiter stab - 54" and get it cut down if you have to.
Whatever peep is the right size - play with clarifiers if you have to.
Carter Insatiable, Atension, and Solution 3 if there's money left.
Oh yeah, X7 Cobalt 2315 and point weights to make it spine.

- ProTec XT2000 Spiral Cam
- Sure-Loc Supreme 550 /w 9" ext.
- Specialty Archery scope
- GKF Infinity with drop-away kit
- Beiter Stabalizer
- Carter Solution 3 release
- x10 arrows with Beiter in/out nocks, Thungsten points and Spin Wings

Custom job. They don't make an Ultratec with LX Pro limbs either, but there are a fair few of them floating around. Or just get the bits and have a play in order to get the weight right.

Actually Lusch it does exist.. It's a special order. When I gave the info at the start of the thread, I was referring to the normal Cam & 1/2 though.

Ok ya'll keep em coming... when it wears thin I'm going to take the best of the recommendations bat them around awhile and then order it.

If it's only a spot bow and you got a 29" draw. I would get a protec lx pro with accuwheels.

Spiral Cam's

Why does everyone like the Spiral Cam's over the Cam & 1/2 or wheels? He said spot bow, I'm picturing indoor shooting I guess and know a few people that have changed the Spiral Cam's out for Cam & 1/2???? Please fill me in. Good thread JAVELINA. WR

I prefer the spiral cam over the cam.5 due the the shorter valley and I think that the spiral cam is more accurate.JMO

Spiral cam has a little harder wall then cam 1/2. And since the spiral is a little faster it gets the arrow away from the string that much sooner.
