So I was tossing up between the nap plunger rest and a pat norris micro adjust springy so before I dropped the coin on the 2 of them I bought a standard bpe springy rest and boy oh boy it's the goods (you older guys already knew this lol) I had bareshaft shooting with fletched at 30 yards barebow in half an hour on the bowtech specialist (conquest pro undergoing a restoration) can't wait to get in on the Connie and start string walking with it, looks like I will be placing an order with Pat and loading up on a heap of springs - sucky part of living in New Zealand :)

I've been using the standard springy for about 4 years and wouldn't change for any thing, well maybe the adjustable springy you mention. Reckon they are just about bullet proof. Yeah , I had to send to USA myself from Australia to get some too. They are like me over here, dinosaurs!

Abbey archery in Brisbane stocks them for 13 bucks, that's where I got mine

Do you guys hunt with the springy? How do you get it quiet? I know Gary does, but curious about others.

Mole skin 1/8"x 3/4" strip fold it over the top of the spring where the arrow lays then wrap it around the first coil. Then with your adjustable accu tune loosen the setscrew tighten the knob 1/4 turn and your arrows still go right now in the middle. Oh you don't have an accu tune ? Ho hum
