Ping Pong Balls on String alternative?

I like to practice shooting at ping pong balls on a string, but they don't last usually, what else about that size could I use. Would a golf ball work?

Put them on a fan and levitate them then only shoot from 30 yards.


we have shoots at 20 and alot of guys knock them off But it takes a Puncher to time the release to pin one to the stop.:darkbeer:

An arrow hits that Golf ball to one side and it is not going to be traveling anwhere near straight.
