yes that would be the right one for your bow. The cam style is based upon two characteristics of the bow. The "x-hard" is derived from the fact that the IBO is above 320 fps, which makes this an extra hard cam. The "1 cam" is derived from the fact that hybrid cams(which most bows are this today) have the same characteristics of a single cam bow and thus select arrow spines to match accordingly.

it is recommended to use the default setting until you gain some experience with your setup and can then make a determination that your setup likes arrow spines more toward the stiffer side similar to a 2 cam bow. By changing from 1cam to 2cam, all you are doing is selecting arrows with spines matched more closely to either a single cam bow(weaker) and a two cam bow(stiffer).

Just talked to Larry and he has released a new version of On Target2 that now gives you the option to use the Manufacturers IBO rating to select the cam style and thus elliminates the confusion of selecting the various cam styles. You still have the option to select the cam style yourself or use the default setting as you did in the past.
