When in the stand, I like to hold my bow while standing up when I hear leaves crunching. Does anybody use anything like those things that go through your belt that you can rest the bottom of your bow on? Thanks.

I guess you are talking about a bow holster, I bought one and the bottom part that the cam sits in is too small for the larger one cam bows, so I gave it to my son. They are great if you bow fits, I also use it when shooting spots or 3D. I'm going to try the one from Bohning to see if it's any bigger. Also looked at the Bowlegger but I'm not sure if I trust my bow to hang from just a clip and a holster without my hand on it. Looks like the Primos one will hold larger cams.

I use one. I try to remain standing with my bow at the ready most of the time when I am in my stand. I don't trust the EZ hanger. I have shot several deer that I wouldn't have been able to shoot at if my bow wasn't in my hand with an arrow nocked at the ready.

I'm the same as Team Bring It when I am in my Summit.

WHen I am in my ladder stands I have some bow holders that clamp to the platform that keep my bow close at hand.

When I am standing in my climber or ladder I have my bow in hand.

If standing for a long time, such as on an all day sit, standing to stretch legs for 30mins, I will usually put a hanger in a spot that I can get to my bow easily.

E-Z Hanger

I have a E-Z Hanger I mount in the tree when I can or remember to do it. I also have a small piece of carpet glued to the bottom of my stand to rest the bottom wheel on when I have my bow in hand.
