The AAE tip doesn't fit in the Beiter, not without modification.
personally i added a small aluminum cap on one of my spare Beiter tips, no wear on the arrow's anymore and the build quality of the Beiter, I didn't like the AAE micro adjustment system at all.
 
I turned the aluminum tip myself with a short threaded end on the backside, then drilled and tapped a hole in a spare Beiter stem I had, I also shortened the stem before adding the cap to make sure my center shot doesn't change if I were to use another non modified stem.
so yeah, I had to use a lathe for it.

if you are lathe-les you would indeed glue something on, be sure the modified stem remains a good fit in the plunger barrel
