In my opinion the S600 is better than the P41 in picture quality. The S600 is a 6 mp camera with GREAT Carl Zeiss glass. That makes the P41 hard to compete... But the S600 is pretty slow to me since I am a lighten fast trigger speed freak. The S600 can't compare to the 1 second trigger of the P41.. So you just have to pick what you like the best.

How much difference

How much difference do you think there is in the P41 and the s600 with the yeti and wide angle. It is how speed is determined. If you just put your hand infront of the unit the p41 is faster. But the s600 with the wide angle fresnel will detect the animal sooner and can nullify the speed of the P41 with a standard fresnel. People can`t understand this because they can`t see it.
