My thoughts and prayers are sent buddy. I had L5 back surgery in 2007. Make sure to take time to heal. I have had ZERO problems since
Prayers Needed
My wife will be having back surgery on Friday! The surgeon said its a pretty common procedure, so hopefully it goes fine. I will be taken care of her for a few weeks so will have to miss a few shoots but will be thinking of you all! Wont keep from practicing here at home though!

thoughts and prayers sent i had L4, L5 S1 done 3 years ago. But having it done again BECAUSE I DIDNT LISTEN TO THE DOCTORS. Make sure you follow doctors orders she will be fine
