I just picked up a Hoyt Prevail 37 SVX and am getting a Hight Bare shaft tear through paper. Cams are timed perfect. 62 # 29 1/2'' draw using inner bottom peg location. Arrow is a PS23 300 spine 28 3/4'' long with 150 gr. up front. Only way to achieve a bullet hole is run dead level but bottom of arrow is running a 1/4'' above the berger hole. Definitely not right. Any help would be much appreciated !!

What rest are you running? I got a high tear on my prevail because of cam timing and blade bounce.
With regards to cam timing I found as little as half a twist to the control cable was enough to tidy up a high tear. Which is weird cause everyone I talk to states this shouldn't be the case. I'm pretty sure my rest was exasterbating the issue
I'm running the beiter blade rest and it took me a very long time to get the blade angle and stiffness right. Having fixed the first issue I managed to get it to a bullet hole, but I'm also running stiffer arrows because of this.
