I just bought one of these because it has the best vertical windows for bow hunting that I could find- I did not like my Rhino blind I used last year because it did not have those.
I can't wait to get it set up.

first thing I would do is remove those black vertical windows and install shoot through mesh. that way, you are not constantly looking around that window, and 2, deer do not like black holes, 3 you can shoot through it.
most fabric shops have the mesh,
I believe the other windows are shoot through mesh. Just do not use a mechanical head . other wise arrows zip right through.
I too have a original Double Bull. 20 some years old now.

Wait till it’s sunny and try looking through all that mesh!! I have the Muddy version and worthless. And after a while your eyes get wacky staring through mesh all day. I know antelope hunting out west when you set the mesh blinds up and the sun is out. You literally cannot see 20 yards in front of you. It’s just a big blur.!! And don’t forget in cooler weather when you want to Mr. buddy heater for a little warmth while that’s out of the question because of all the mesh!! I love the double bull blinds, just not a fan of the big see-through ones at all. I don’t know everything but i have 20 plus years hunting out of blinds.

^^^^ This guy gets it ^^^^

The new mesh "trend" is one of the worst things to ever evolve in the pop up ground blind game. Absolutely worthless. Difficult to see out of on sunny days. Animals easily skyline you when coming in from the side. They do no contain scent or heat like the old solid panel blinds.

I will stick with my pile of old DB Dark Horse blinds and Barronett OX4 blinds ... the two best blinds ever made.

^^^^that guy gets it^^^^ lol!

He’s probably spent more time in a blind than about anyone on here.

Sad that there’s not much of an option anymore besides the mesh blinds. I’d bet a good bit of money that Primos would sell a ton more blinds if they at least offered one with full solid fabric. I tried a mesh one and, no thanks.
