I was wondering if anyone uses one of these. It is kind of like the ultra nok in that a small metal piece bolts to the sting, but instead of hooking the release to a metal loop it actually has a sting loop. I would like to know the pro and cons of this system.

It seems to me that there would only be "cons" to this setup.
You could have the same loop wear issues as a regular "D" loop
I am certain this nock is heavier than a loop => more speed loss
More Expensive.
For my money, I am sticking with a string loop. They cost me a couple of cents at most, I can replace them in the field and they weigh almost nothing.
