Hey guys, just after a bit of info about the bow I have.

I bought it second hand the serial number on the riser is 20271462950

I thought all these bows were 60-70lbs draw weight but this one seems to be 50? The draw length from any info i can find is 30 (max) on all these as well?

The draw length seems to be max 29 from what I can measure from my bow and I have it on the longest cam setting (position A) and its still way short for me

I measured my draw length (arm span 76" /2.5 = 30.5) so im wondering if the 29 in the end of the serial number is the draw length on this bow i have?

Just after a bit of clarity for what ive got as I think the seller gave the wrong description of the bow specs.

thanks!

Got my sons 50# Brute X hanging in the basement since he out grew it. It served him well but we had to move him into a 70# Drive LT since he need more DL and weight. FYI, the riser on his Brute and Drive are identical so he shot it great right out of the box.

I have a 2012 Brute X with 60lb limbs. I'm around 4 turns back out and using my scale shows 48.5lbs. You can go 10 turns max. The "A" setting is the max dl at 30". I have mine on "B" which is 29.5". I really like the bow, only one I've had and plan on using it for many years.

To the OP is this your first bow? I ask because sometimes when people shoot a bow that was too long in DL and then try to get to where their DL should be it doesn't feel right. I will also add that 1/2 difference can make quite a difference in feel and 30" might be doing that to you. Without seeing you at full draw or pictures we are all guessing what might be wrong.
