My bow Shop offered me a deal on a evolve ds 30. Seeing as it's bow season and my primary bow was jacked I figured why not so I pulled the trigger and got the bow. It dawned on me I literally know nothing about what I got. I used to obsess over bows but the last several years I just kinda stopped. Its fast, smooth, and shock free. For a 30 inch bow it's very accurate. Tuned real fast at 30 yards my fixed head and field tips stack and i can putem all in a snuff can. With a 410 grain arrow it is coming in at 286 fps with a 29 dl and 62 pounds of dw. My older bows can do that but not as smooth on the draw, shock free, or as easy on the shoulder. My newest bow is from 2018 so im pretty pleased with the performance of this one.

I bought a PSE Response about five years ago right before I started with recurves, it has the Evolve cam and it is smooth. With those large cams it makes the bow feel longer than the 30” ATA.

Hard to beat PSE, I have a fortis 30 with the EC2 cam, its awesome, I prefer a 30" ATA over any other length so I just bought a Mach 30 to replace my omen for my elk and moose hunting bow
