Sent it in to PSE for the serving unraveling on the bus cable that goes around the lower inner cam and for very inconsistent shooting. Bow is less than a month old. Got it back from PSE, they installed a cam spacer and patched in an area of serving. Shot around 80 shots total of three sessions and the area of serving that was patched in has unraveled. I just emailed PSE. I'm very disappointed and frustrated. I shoot daily and there's been too much down time and extra money spent on shipping from here in Hawaii. This is my fourth PSE out of five.
Sent it back today. PSE customer service was very apologetic and said that they would change everything and then some. Excellent customer service is one of the reasons that I'm on my fourth (2012 EVO) and fifth (2012 Revenge should be here soon) PSE bows.
