PSE had an issue with some of the trigger parts being made wrong and it could cause the bow to fire unexpectedly. Surprizingly the parts were made by another company and they are the ones having to foot the bill for this. Anyway, if you go on their website there is info to return the bow if you have not done so already. They are in the process of shipping upgraded bows back out to customers and most of us dealers will be getting new/updated bows back in in a week or two, so yes, the issue has been resolved or is being resolved.
