I have a Q2XL at 28.5" and I thought that I purchased 70# limbs (I replaced a questionable limb)....I recently had them put on along with a new string/cables. The bow now maxes out at 60# on the nose. The specs are close with the brace height at about 7 3/8 and axle to axle at 38 1/8. The cam timing marks are a bit off, however, with the inside dot about 1/4 inch lower than the outside. The timing is obviously a bit off, but is it off enough to translate into 10# in draw weight....or do I have 50-60# limbs? I forgot to mention that the limb bolts are in as far as they can go.

I know the string/cable will require some minor adjustments to get the bow to specs. How would twisting/untwisting the string affect the brace height?
