Are the blades interchangeable between the 100 grain and 125 grain ferrules? Just wondering if the blade weight is what makes up the difference between the 85,100,125 grain heads? In other words do they use the same weight ferrule, but different weight blades?

no the blades are not interchangeable, the weight diff is made up in the ferrule

If you want versatility in one head buy the Slick Tricks. Standard and mag blades will interchange between ferrules.
