I put my QAD on my bow with the cable clamp that came with it as it was fine.
I wanted to have it served in so when I went to a local shop(box store) I took it with me. The tech is an avid bow shooter and been there a long time, used to compete in tourneys also. He pressed my bow and ran the cord through the cable, put a set of forceps on it and drew the bow back, set it up and served it in. I did not look at the alignment marks while he did this. When I got home and was shooting it my bow was shooting 10-12 inches higher at 20yds. i got to looking ant the alignment marks on the QAD were not ligned up, bottomed out. I began sliding the cord up the cable and had to move it up 7/8" before they lined up!!!!!

I dont know much but that had to be putting some serious stress on the cable and rest, what do you guys think??

Sounds like you know more than the guy that worked on it LOL. Sounds like he had it set up wrong. Next time you see him I would tell him to watch the setup video----might learn something.:)
