Thinking of getting a new drop away rest. Is it worth the extra money for the Pro (about $100) or will the Hunter do just as good (about $45). I'm talking about hunting with it.

I have both and the hunter will be fine for hunting. Just set it up and shoot it. You shouldn't have to adjust it once you have it set up. The only difference is that the Pro has elevation adjustment where on the hunter you have to tilt the rest up or down.
