first are they worth the money just for 3-d? and what size 400's or 500's?
I shoot a Bowtech tribute with a NAP Quick Tune smart drop away rest at 71 lbs and 28.5 draw. I would also like the arrows to be at 350ish gpi.

thanks

If you are planning on shooting 71 lbs, then you MIGHT be able to get by with the 400's. I would expect that you will need to shoot some 340's. The only question is how long are your arrows? I shoot 400's with 80 grain points, 1.8" 3D duravanes, and they are approx. 28" long and they weigh approx 327 grains. By using the 100 grain points, they are 347 grains. If you switch to the 340's with 80 grain points, you will be about 340 grains and with 100 grain points you will be about 360 grains.

I personally have the fat boys and some of the beman 9.3s. I got a really good deal on the dozen mixed, but If I had to buy new I would probably save my money and buy the bemans. I think the local shop sells them for 78 a dozen. Where as the fat boys are 110-120, and they are practically the same shaft.
