Its no different than bt. Put the thumb firmily on the trigger and rotate your elbow back as you would with bt and the shot will go off.

I mean the way of holding the release. Hold it at the first line of your fingers near the tip, or second line from the tip?

I hold mine deep in my fingers (hand), put my thumb and index finger together to make a circle with the trigger in the middle. I push and pull to set the release off.

i shoot a st360 and place it up towards the palm...more area to pull with, using the tips of your fingers is risky

You want to hold the release deep, and have even pressure across all fingers.
