Is this a axcel Armortech HD? And does axcel make an Armortech that is not an HD? Sorry a guess that's two questions. Thanks for your help.

The HD version has a Harmonic Damper like on Mathews bows, and yes they make one without an HD.

Yep, as stated.

ArmorTech HD is the ArmorTech fixed mount sight with the Mathews(R) Harmonic Dampener.
ArmorTech is the fixed mount sight without the Dampener.
Or,
ArmorTech HD Pro is the ArmorTech Slider bar sight with the Mathews(R) Harmonic Dampener.
ArmorTech Pro is the ArmorTech Slider bar sight without the Dampener.
