Been looking into all of the fletching on the market and have found it overwhelming. Came across a youtube video showing how easy quickfletch is to use. Problem is I haven't found any long term reviews on the product.
Any one here use or used it? What did you think and what application do you think is best suited for quickfletch

so for spot and stalk out west i would look for a low profile vane so you don't have as many issues with drag and wind drift. for my hunting arrows i love my bohning heat vanes. durable little boogers and they are low profile. even with a fixed blade broadhead i still get good flight.

i also use a low profile vane for 3d. i shoot fat arrows for 3d and to have clearance from my cable i have to shoot a lower profile vane, otherwise i would shoot a larger vane. i live in Tennessee so every 3d shoot is in the woods and wind isn't much of a factor i have to consider

I have used quick fletch over the years and for the most part they hold up well. If you pull out your arrows from the vanes or sink vanes into a worn out target the shrink wrap will tend to split at the front edge of the vanes. If you avoid doing that they work fine.

Gluing will always be more robust but if your looking ease of use quick fletch is hard to beat.

I had some old arrows laying around that needed new fletching so I tested the quick fletch just for fun. Only did 2 arrows but they've held up well and group right in with all my other arrows. I don't shoot them a ton but would see no reason for concern on durability unless you're burying them into a target. Not sure I'll ever use them full time but still have the rest of them left if I need them. Might not be a bad thing to keep in the bow case for trips just in case you need to do a fetching repair for some reason.

I've used them and they work fine - quality control can be inconsistent though. I didn't notice any difference in arrow flight compared to factory fletch or arrows I've fletched. And certainly dunking your arrows in hot water is easy.

But compared to buying a jig and individual fletching they're expensive if you're going to rely on them for all your arrow build/repairs.

My 3 pack of quickfletch's arrived this morning. Threw them on some arrows and shot a couple rounds at 20 yards in the backyard.............I'm impressed. They fly better then my stock vaned arrows. I agree though, greet for quick fixes in the field.
Went on Black Eagles sight and started poking around. I think I'm going to pick up some X-impact 250 shafts and give arrow building a go. Before everyone freaks out, I have a bunch of factory arrows that need to have vanes installed and will be practicing on them first. What jigs do y'all recommend?

Expensive cost per arrow. I have never tried them. I thought about it till I researched them. On here and other sites the reviews are very mixed. There’s about as many likes as dislikes. It seems from reviews that I’ve read the people that flung a lot of arrows tended to not like them.

I have used them recently. They were excellent until it got cold and ai went outside to shoot. 15° F and every single one of the wraps broke and then slipped off the arrows.

I will not be using them again.
