Do you guys pad the arrow guide with fleece?
Do you pad the arrow rest or prong the Y that the arrow sits on? I mean the inside of it where the arrow will make contact?

TT says to pad both with fleece so I did it.\

*****I am just wondering if doing that effects arrow flight in any way as the fleece gets worn down and changes from age and such.

My TT is covered in fleece and I have probably put hundreds of shots through it with no ill effects. It has a worn area where I draw the arrow across the rest but has not worn through as yet.

Fleese on a TT

I set mine up with fleese on over a year ago and have zero noise and zero effect on arrow flight (it's a drop away). I have a definate wear groove in the fleese but have not worn through yet, and I have shot thousands of shots through it in practice and 3D.
