I posted a request for prayer for my grandson Dylan last week. (He's doing much better now...thanks to all). I also stated that I recieved my Ross CR31 the same day he was born. I called Ross archery 2 days later to ask a question concerning twisting the string /cable and talked with Mike. During our conversation I mentioned I hadn't got to shoot the bow due to my grandson's illness. The next day I got a call at home from Andy Ross asking about my grandson's condition. He got my number off the ID caller from my previous call to Mike. He never once mentioned his bows and we talked for a 1/2 hour about his children, his upcoming hunting trips and just general small talk. He ask for my grandson's address so he could send him a get well gift. It shocked me that he took the time out of his schedule.. and his concern was genuine. All I can say is the man is a class act and I felt like we had been friends for a long time. We may never meet, but I consider him a friend regardless. He has a great future in the archery business and I know Integrety, quality, and great customer service will soon have the "Big 3" bow manufacturers envious. Good luck Andy and thanks.
