Looks like you'll be wealthy in moose meat for a while.
I've tried a couple of recipes from the LL Bean Wild Game Cookbook. This book seems to have more recipes for moose than any other animal.
There is also a french-style stew recipe in there for venison that works great with moose. Then, if I really think about it, other than a metallic-tasting rutting bull or burning the meat, I don't how it can be screwed up. Best tasting meat in my book or at least on a par with wild sheep.
