The main issue is probably that she not get overbowed no matter what she uses. Recurves have a very slight mechanical advantage over longbows so if anything she might go down a bit in weight to compensate for that, but I doubt it's enough to merit much concern, therefore, I would suggest getting the same weight she's used too.
The bow then might be a little slower, but if that becomes an issue she can always try a little heavier bow. The critical thing is to avoid the a lot heavier bows at this point.
