red dot sight

I just got the HHA red dot sight with the adjustable yardage mount (BSA Sight). Still trying to fine tune it but seems to work ok. Was tuff getting sighted in. Could have been me. Seems pretty accurate and so far I like it. Plan on shooting it this weekend and fool around some more with it. Will reply with my findings.

I've set up lots of them for customers and use a millett red dot scope, with a DEAS fixed mount(locally made) myself. The HHA mount works nice but I'm not a fan of BSA, they don't hold up well to the shocks and vibrations of a bow-----from my experience they have about a 90% failure rate with in a year. As was said they are not easy to set up for a novice---I've had gun smiths shake their head LOL. You shoot them with NO PEEP site period, no kisser and both eyes open. Buy the very best scope you can afford. I like millett, ultra dot and pollington(don't like his mount though) scopes. :)

I have an AimPoint Red Dot Comp C3 2MOA sight using a HHA Optimizer Plus mount (adjustable).

The AimPoint is parallax free, which means yiu never have to worry about centering the dot inside the sight. When the dot is on the target, so are you.
It also has a very long battery life (10,000 hr.).

The AimPoint Comp C3 2MOA is the sight AimPoint recommends for bow use and I had it on a .44 Mag. before trying it on my bow, it may never get back on the Mag.

If anyone is interested I've got a Zeiss Z-Point along with a HHA slide mount that I'm looking to sell.
I just couldn't get use to it so my lost  will be someone's gain.
PM me if interested.
Thanks
