Where can I purchase different half moons for a hotter release for my longhorn hex?

the only one you need is the one it has. you adjust that one.

why not just adjust the halfmoon to your desired "hotness"?

I see guys talking about .010 and .008 half moons meaning the amount of travel after the click

my experience (which is minimal) is that those half moons are for another brand that allow for interchangeable moons as i know that the hex doesnt have other half moons, i might be wrong but that is just what ive gathered from reading and looking here and other places.

Thanks sneezy. I wasn't sure if I could or not. Just wanted a touch less travel after click. I suppose I could sand off a little at a time till at desired length.maybe I can get a replacement from Scott if I screw it up

talk to Randy or Eric Griggs and they will get you sorted on whether they offer another half moon or if you mess up sanding will help you get a replacement, these guys are awesome employees and extremely helpful with all problems big or small.
