I did a quick search and didn't find much on Remedy speeds. Just curious what kind of speeds are being experienced with the Remedy. I'm not a speed freak at all, but a post in the Athens forum showing a Remedy faster than a Vista 33 spiked my curiosity.

31.25” measured dl on a draw board, 62lbs draw weight and 470 grain arrow gets me 272 fps if I recall correctly. I bought mine new last year and shot it thru a chrono when we were setting it up.

I have mine set in the 28.75 DL position, measured at 29.25. draw weight is 71lbs and with a 436gr arrow I'm getting 284.

This is also with the performance mods, I think I gained 3-4 fps with them so I would assume around 280ish with the stock mods.

I add a 25 grain Iron will collar when hunting elk and it keeps my speeds around 280 with a total arrow weight of 461. last year I had ran that set up through the chrono with the stock mods and it was 277 fps.

I have no complaints on the bows performance.

I’m at 29.5 draw length, 70# and with a 513 grain, 5 mm arrow I’m getting 256 fps. It honestly has me thinking the chrono is off or I’m just disappointed in general. I did shoot a hunter GT 340 that was about 410 grains through it and it shot 273 fps. Just seems off or bow is just slow

I would agree that there seems to be something off with your chrono. I have consistently been 284-285 fps with a 436 gr arrow, and I'm only in the 28.75 mod position. That is with performance mods, although it was only a 3-4 fps gain when I switched the mods.

I'm working to find another chrono in my area to get a 2nd opinion. Surprised to hear Performance mods only gave you that little bit of boost. Was the bow any smoother when you switched Mods?
Yea I believe the new mods on the omnia and era have a more significant change in performance. There was not much change in draw cycle between the smooth and performance and I believe that why the numbers are the way they are. a little more hump on the back end but otherwise the same.

but once I go to a lighter arrow for 3D the need for a few extra fps will no longer be there so ill just go to the smooth mods. 3-4 fps was typical gain on the kure/enkore/remedy but I believe on the new bows its more like 6-8 fps.
