replaced limbs lbs UP?

Just replaced the limbs on a Tomkat under warranty. AND NO ITS NOT BTS FAULT so no bashing here,but now the poundage feels really up there, brace height and ATA is right but just looking at it the timing in relation to dots etc is really off, any suggestions or put it on a draw board to make sure? dont have a board but im in a recession proof job so i can go build one up tomorrow and check timing tomorrow

yeah if you havent checked the bow for cam timing and all after replacing limbs then you need to,
