I am a big man, 6'2" 348lbs. I am broad shouldered and have a tall torso. I had trouble finding a harness or vest to fit me. The harness that comes with big game tree stands fits, but not around my legs.
While searching on the net I found the Hunter Saftey Systems big mans 4X/5X vest designed by HSS and Travis "T-Bone" Turner. The vest is avaible only through HSS and is 199.95. It is expensive, but, how much is an ambulance ride where your at? I didnt have the money but my wife was throwing a fit so I bought it anyway. I called HSS and told them what I wanted. The lady I talked to said I needed to read and fill out the warranty card before purchase. They can mail, fax, or email the card to you. I filled it out and faxed it back, 10 minutes later I received a phone call back from them. I gave them my CC info and the total charge is 199.95 shipping is included. I ordered it last Thursday and received it today. The vest is nice, it fits good, it looks good, it feels good. The leg straps are easy to adjust and fasten using a seatbelt style design. The two vest straps are plastic buckles and are not real easy to adjust, but not too hard. Once fit to me and on it felt good. It has 4 pockets on each side, one on each side is zippered, but you lose one on each side by carring the included two piece stress relief/deer drag strap. Each side of the vest has an adjustable elastic strap with clips for range finder, calls, etc. The back of the vest also has a deer drag hook at the bottom and has loops on each side for the suspension relief strap or a line mans belt. It came with a big instruction sheet, and small field card with instructions, a dvd, and a sticker. I did put it on and slowly let myself down close to ground level, while not real comfortable, it was not as bad as I thought it would be, beats hitting the ground from 20 foot! All in all, it seems to be well worth it's money!
