Rip TKO insert options

Looking at the rip tko shafts and I’m not up to par on all the insert/outsert options available today. It’s been a very very long time since I’ve used an outsert…like acc 3L-18 and beeman arrow days.
I’m looking to put together some rip tko 300 with 50-65gr inserts and will use 100gr points. What will be my strongest option and most durable for the insert/outsert? I know there are sever companies that make outsert kits and some use the hit inserts. I haven’t used the outserts so I’m a little worried about bending them or something of that nature.

I’ve used Easton brass 50/75g HIT inserts with the Iron Will 10g. It’s a solid system but I had 2 of my inserts seat too deep, waste of expensive arrows. I could feel the tool creating a vacuum and feel like it needs a relief hole or notch.
I’ve also used the victory shok ss insert (60g) and don’t have any complaints with them.
In theory the hit inserts and collars would be stronger but with 2 wasted arrows I’m a little sour on the process.

You need to remove the nock before trying to install them, and don't put it back in until after 24 hours.
That will solve the vacuum issue.

I'm currently testing some BE Rampages with the Ethics Adjustable HIT insert and collar. I'm using the full length aluminum version which is 65 grains total and 100 grain point. I'm hot melting everything together just like a Snyder core system. So far I'm really impressed with arrow flight and I think this system is the most durable 204 setup currently out there.. Just a lot of support on the end of the shaft. Also, since I have about 2.5 to 3 inches of support inside of the shaft, getting a good concentric point to shaft fit is just another positive of the system.

I know so far in the thread everyone is saying some form of hit and collar. Im sure they are very durable.

I’ll just say that all I use on rip and rip tko are the 60 grain stainless steel shok ss insert. I’ve put them through many animals without even a wobble. It takes a clean miss into rocky ground to get just a slight wobble out of one for me. I’ve had some clean miss hard impact that have blunted field points and the arrow still spins true. I am 31” dl and shoot 70 to 75 lbs so there is a lot of energy behind my arrows. No problems getting them out of bag targets for me either. I have had issues in the past with some collars and bag targets or bulldog brand targets.

I square the ends of my arrows and use insert iron for the adhesive. Have to let it cure for a night before shooting, but works like a charm for me. Never had one come out bad and I’ve built dozens of arrows using the above method.

Same for me. Any time (and every time) I build up some Victory RIP/RIP TKO arrows (300's), I've always used their inserts. I have some with the 60gr SHOK SS insert and I have some with the 50gr SHOK TL204 insert and to date, I have yet to have one break, bend or deform in any way. I also use Victory's Black Fusion insert glue and again, to date, I have yet to have an insert come out, break loose or do anything other than hold fast as it should.

I have 2 different setups with rip tkos. One is a standard hit with a collar. First round almost all my inserts broke free. The epoxy didn’t stick to the shaft. And yes I properly cleaned them before gluing. So I pulled all the inserts and used a .20 cal bore brush to clean/score the id of the shaft and since then the inserts have been rock solid.
I also have some with the black eagle steel half outs with additional weight screwed into the back. They have also been very durable
