Try shortening the cable, this will make the launcher fall faster.

Is it a new 2006 model? they drop faster then the old model. Shoot cock vane up.

Not a 100 percent sure, but believe these get timed just like the QAD. If so, adjust the cord so that the rest comes to its highest point during the last 1 1/2 to 2 inches of your draw. If you don't have a draw board, you can have someone mark the arrow when the rest first reaches its highest point, then compare that to where the arrow sits on the forks when at full draw. If it comes up sooner than that, you're more likely to get contact. Shooting with cock vane up will also help.
