I purchased an RS Bowvise kit from my dealer about a year ago.

It has sat in my garage unopened since then.

I finally got things cleaned up and set up and went to get it. I dropped the box on the garage floor.

When I opened it up, the plastic was broken where it attaches to the mount.

Don't know if it was damaged before I dropped it or not.

I spoke with Andy at RS, and I am shipping it back to them.

They are replacing the broken piece and adding the upgrades that have come out since I bought it!

I told them I dropped it, and offered to pay since I didn't know if I caused the damage or not. He declined and said just ship it to us and we'll turn it around the same day free of charge.

GREAT customer service.

They have a great product, and have great people backing it up!

Andy is a great guy! I can't say enough good things about him. Lucky for me he's my local Bowtech dealer and is where I purchased my new 82nd. :wink:
