I will be buying one of these today? But which one should I get and which one would you get?

Both are great sights. Extremes are well made. I shoot a sword sight because I like the pins better then on the extremes. Good luck this hunting season

Both sights are good sights - but I would say get the Sword.

Both are great quality sights and were in my final 3 when I was looking for a sight for my Switchie. I went with the Extreme because the camo was an exact match to Mathews, and that is the only reason. Both are great sights with bright pins; you'll be fine either way

Initially, I bought the Sword - it's very solid. Then I traded it for the Extreme.
3 reasons:
1. The Sword is about twice as heavy as the extreme and apparantly I'm a weakling because it was noticable
2. The light position and bleed out is better on the extreme (IMHO), though the G5 sights look even better enclosed
3. I didn't really need the .010 pin and .019 were just fine

Both are great sights.

you could have just gotten the .019 pins instead then instead of getting rid of the whole site. i set them up for all the guys that order from Twin how ever they want them.

True - but I couldn't get the Sword to weigh half of what it did out of the box...

Bought the extreme for my powertec, and coulnt be happier. .019 pins are awesome, and plenty bright enough, very light weight, and also durable. And the camo matches bow to perfection.

I just ordered the rt900 with .029 pins, should have I gotten the .019 and why?
Not trying to hijack the thread just saw the rt900 and had to ask.

The .029 pins will be fine, that's what I got. Everyone buys smaller diameter pins because they don't blurr out as much of the target as thicker pins do. Personally, I had both .019's and .029's on my former Copper John sight and one pin was just as easy to put where I wanted it as the other

Thanks for your help
