ok im heading up to south south carolina sept. 15- whenever to hunt with a buddy of mine up there. the problem is he isnt in a club so how do the deer look on public land up that way??

SC Deer

The Francis Marion has lots of deer and hogs...used to hunt there when I lived there...you have to "cruise" for a day esp in the early morning and evenings to find the deer, but it produced some SC sized deer for me...

the deer are there, but so are the other hunters. Look for creek bottoms that are a long way to walk from the parking areas and you should have it to yourself.
