are salt blocks legal in Illinois as long as you dont hunt over them? cus i got some woods behind my house and want to put one out a take really good pictures of them i got this really coolset up for pictures and videoing. But i dont know if its legal.

except " elevated bird/squirrell feeders providing seed, grain,fruit, worms , or suet for birds or squirrels located within 100 feet of a dwelling devoted to human occupancy."
