Okay - here's a question for you all.

I am currently using a Sure-Loc case to carry my scope and short bar Challenger or Supreme (depending on which bow). That's a tad bit bulky.

What I want to do is leave the sight and bar on the bow, just take off the scope using the quick detach 3 axis mount, and put just the scope with 3rd axis mount in a hard case. The hard case then goes into the SKB or Plano case (again depending on which bow).

So - my question is this. Has anyone put a 1 5/8" scope with an 8 inch long fiber and protective clear sleeve into a hard case, and if so, which one?

I put my scope in a call cover. It shuts tightly and protects it good enough that I can put it in any hard bow case and it won't bang or damage it.

Both my bows (Vantage Elite/Pro ) go into my SKB ROTO case with sights and scopes attached. They are held tight in the case without moving or getting banged about and are ready for use straight out of the case.
