Just want to brag on Scott Archery for a minute. I called them about the length adjustment slot threads stripping out on my release. I wanted to make sure they could have my release back to me in time to hunt or if it was even worth sending in as a product that could be warrantied since i have had it for years. The CS guy told me that my release was at least 15 yrs old, which I’ve had it at least 20 yrs, and it wasn’t serviceable and therefore no longer under warranty.

He then told me that if I didn’t have any emotional attachment to it and would send it back to them, that he would swap it out for the latest version, no charge. So I got a new release shipping out on Monday. That is solid customer service right there and the way you take care of your customers.

I honestly wasn’t even expecting a discount, and asked if it was worth sending in or should I just buy a new one, since I got 20+ yrs out of it. He surprised me for sure and I let him know that he didn’t have to do that, and I very much appreciated it. Been using a Scott for around 30 yrs, but won’t be using anything else but a Scott from now on.

Now THAT'S great customer service! Smart too, cuz they probably now have a loyal customer for life and he's spreading the word. Lots of people speak out when they're mad. I wish more would speak out when someone treats them right. Glad you did!
