I noticed on the Delta sight it recommends a water sealant like Thompson's or the like to delay water and sun damage if left outside.Has anyone ever done this?

(Yea...I know Delta's are cheap and will not last as long as others,but it's in my price range.)

i have never tried that, but thats great idea...

silicone spray should work too...

A local club is doing that here, and it is working for them.

They have suggested that I do the same, but I haven't yet, but need to.

Rhinehart owner(Jim??) suggested the same thing, he did specify that a water based sealant was the easiest on the foam
